Podcast: Designing to the edges with 4B’s Dan Formosa

Dan is a world-renowned design consultant based in New York. In 1981, he co-founded Smart Design, where his OXO Good Grips kitchen tools became a symbol of products designed for everyone. Dan built his extensive career on the belief that design should focus on people, not things. He knows women are a blind spot for the male-dominated design and engineering industries. He co-founded 4B – a collective of expert strategists, designers, and engineers who deeply understand how to design for women – to change that paradigm.
