We do this by creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, through; our talent acquisition, workplace policies, ways of working, training and positive company culture. We celebrate and embrace our diversity through company-wide events such as; International Women’s Day, NAIDOC, Pride Month, White Ribbon and cultural events.  This increases awareness, recognition and appreciation of topics that are important to our people, thereby creating a more inclusive workplace.
